We do not guarantee specific business results, lead volume, sales outcomes, or platform performance.

3. Application to Qualify

Access to Realtor Clone AI is provided through an application process.

By submitting an application, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Understand that submission does not guarantee approval

  • Acknowledge that access to Services is granted only upon approval

We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion.

4. User Content & AI Likeness Consent

4.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, videos, voice recordings, scripts, or other materials you provide ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Realtor Clone AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, generate derivative AI content, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

4.2 AI Clone Authorization

By using our Services, you expressly authorize Realtor Clone AI to:

  • Create AI-generated representations of your voice, image, and likeness

  • Generate and distribute content on your behalf as agreed

You confirm that you have full rights to grant this authorization and that no third-party rights are violated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Misrepresent yourself or others

  • Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content

  • Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Generate harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or explicit content

  • Circumvent platform safeguards or security features

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for violations.

6. Payment, Fees & Subscriptions

Fees, billing terms, and subscription details are disclosed at the time of purchase or agreement.

You agree that:

  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services

  • We may change pricing with prior notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, trademarks, workflows, and proprietary technology used by Realtor Clone AI (excluding User Content) are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTOR CLONE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding payments remain due

  • Certain provisions (IP, liability, indemnification) survive
